The Country Inn in Listowel, Ontario features three room styles - Standard Rooms, Deluxe Business Rooms and King Suites as well as an Apartment and a 3-Bedroom house for longer stays.

Whether you are planning a business trip or leisurely vacation, our goal is to make your stay a most enjoyable one.
In order to maintain these principles and high standards we kindly ask that all guests attending our establishment be aware of the following:
- Check out time is 11:00am. Check in time is after 3:00pm
- Office and check in closes at 10:30pm
- No visitors are allowed after 10:00pm
- Per our insurance requirements non registered guests are not permitted
- You are required to notify the office if you are expecting visitors to your room
- Quiet hours are 11:00pm - 7:00am
- Loud talking or other undue noise after 11:00pm is not acceptable
- No more than 4 people in any room at any time
- Please leave room key in the room or return to the front desk at time of checkout; a charge of $50.00 will be made if room key is not returned
- Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $250.00 clean up fee
- Persons 16 year of age and under must be supervised by an adult at all times
- No pets are allowed in any of the rooms, a $250 clean up fee would be charged if pets are seen in any room
- Parking is free and at your own risk.
- Valid Credit card is required at time of check in, it is mandatory for staying in the Suites.
- This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right of admission, to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to Guests or for the loss of money, jewellery or valuables of any kind.
- Covid-19 Update: Please be advised that to help ensure the safety of our guests and staff, and to comply with new guidelines resulting from Covid-19 we will require that all guests have valid identification. If valid identification is not provided on requst you may be asked to leave the property.
- Because of Covid-19, there will be no Housekeeping for guests keeping in mind the safety of the guests and our staff. This property is in a Rural Area and we do not overbook, any cancellations after check in Or early check out are non-refundable.

Online bookings on our website or online booking channel websites are limited to a maximum of 5 rooms per person. If you require more than 5 rooms, please contact the Country Inn for group booking.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card.
Cancellations for weekdays (Sunday-Thursday) must be completed 3 days prior to your scheduled check-in.
Cancellations for weekdends (Friday-Saturday) must be completed 7 days prior to your scheduled check-in.
Cancellations for groups and teams must be completed 21 days prior to your scheduled check-in.
